At the present time, Carolina is in-network with with Medicare, Humana, MMM of Florida, Devoted Health, Cigna and Oscar Health. Medicare only covers the visit if you have diabetes or renal disease. Medicare DOES NOT cover for nutritional counseling for pre-diabetes at this time.
